1.1 Information You Provide

I. Register for an Account: We may ask you for your contact information when registering. It includes name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

II. Payment Information: Your financial account information is sent to our third-party payment processor when you add it to your account. We do not keep a record of your financial account information in our systems. However, we may retain subscriber information via our third-party processor.

III. IV. Communications: We may collect additional information if you contact us directly. It includes your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message and attachments. You may also get a confirmation if you open an email we send.

1.2 Information that we collect about you when you use our Services.

We are a data processor for our customers when we collect personal information under a Customer Agreement.

You can, for example, third-party access offerings via the Services by clicking links within the Services. TECSTAQ has no control over third-party offerings’ privacy policies or practices. We recommend that you carefully review their privacy policies.

6. Security

TECSTAQ is committed to protecting your data. We use various security technology and measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or misuse. We use security measures appropriate for the risk associated with processing your data. No service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We do our best to protect your data but cannot guarantee that hackers, unauthorized access, data loss, or data breaches will not occur.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data about you if there is an ongoing business need.

We will delete your data if we do not have an ongoing business need for it. If this is not possible, we will anonymize your data. We will store your information securely and keep it isolated from further processing until its deletion is possible.

8. Children’s Privacy

TECSTAQ doesn’t knowingly collect any information from children younger than 13.

Our Services are not intended for children younger than 13 years. If you discover that a child provided personal data to us in violation of this Privacy Policy, please let us know.

9. Modifications to this Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to change regularly, so check it regularly. We may update these privacy policies on our website. If we make material changes to the way we use or share personal information we’ve collected from you via our Services, we will notify you. In such cases, we will notify our users via our Services (on this page, email, or other communication).
